Blood Nutrition
Blood Nutrition Analysis views the traditional 40 marker complete wellness panel in functional ranges. Each laboratory determines its own high and low numbers. Functional ranges are more highly researched to reflect where we function at our best. Markers found out of functional ranges can be improved with supplements or dietary changes to prevent them from going out of laboratory range, which can lead to more serious illness.
Clients can bring in their own lab work or order through Direct Labs. Blood draws are done at Quest Diagnostics Labs all over the country. Lab work should not be more than six months old. Our body chemistry changes constantly. Contact Dr. Renee for any questions on scheduling blood work and analysis.
For Current Clients:
If we have ordered blood work for you through Direct Labs, they will send a private link directly to your e-mail. Follow this link to set up an account and password so you can print up the requisition page to take to the lab. Clients having problems with this should call Direct Labs at 800-908-0000 or Renee Detky.
Visit Quest's "Find a Lab" page to look up the location most convenient for you. You don't have to make an appointment, but it is preferred.
Once the testing is complete (within two to three business days), the results can be accessed online via the same website with the password that you established. If you do not have an appointment already set up with Renee to go over your results, please call to schedule one.
