B-12 shots can improve energy when sub-lingual tablets are not effective, especially when a person is deficient. B-12 is important for deep sleep, weight loss and digestion.

B-Complex Shots include: 

 

B-1 Thiamine- Optimizes cognitive activity and brain function. Enhances circulation and assists in blood formation, carbohydrate metabolism and aids in proper digestion. (Who needs B-1? People taking antibiotics, sulfa drugs, oral contraceptives, eating a high carbohydrate diet, and those with heavy alcohol or caffeine consumption).

 

 

B-2 Riboflavin- Necessary for red blood cell formation, production of antibodies, and growth. And it helps in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. (Who needs B-2? Pregnant women, those taking oral contraceptives, and people who participate in strenuous exercise. It also aids in preventing cataracts).

 

 

B-3 Niacinamide- Is needed for proper circulation and healthy skin.  It helps in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. And also helps the functioning of the nervous system. (Who needs B-3? People who need memory enhancement. It may also help lower cholesterol by elevating the “good” cholesterol).

 

 

B-5 Pantothenic Acid- This is the “anti-stress” vitamin! It aids in the formation of antibodies, vitamin utilization, and helps convert fats, carbohydrates, and protein into energy.
